Kämpken steam injectors for vessel installation are used for heating and intensive mixing of liquid media. The suction and jet effect of the injector generates a flow within the vessel and thus causes a uniform temperature distribution. The model types are characterized by their different installation methods and connection types. Multi-stage designs increase performance substantially while maintaining a compact design.
IFA
Steam lance in flange/threaded design or with welding connection.
Sizes: DN 25 (1″) to DN 300 (12″)

Advantages: No entry into the vessel is necessary for assembly, as the steam lance is inserted from the outside.

Advantages: No entry into the tank is necessary for assembly, as the steam lance is inserted from the outside.
In addition, the performance is many times higher compared to a single-stage steam lance.
